Zia - Visible Woman in Science: In the one-year Zia Fellowship program, young female scientists are given the opportunity to advance both professionally and personally. Through exchange of experiences and networking with each other, as well as with female role models and institutional supporters from academia, research, business, and the public sector, the program aims to strengthen and advance the position and potential of our fellows within the academic system.
